Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition Specifications Surface Online
Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition Specifications Surface Online

Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition specifications have been leaked online. The new smartphone will come as the successor to the Galaxy M21 that the South Korean company launched last year. It also appears to be the model that was earlier spotted as the Samsung Galaxy M21 Prime Edition. Samsung may launch the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition as its next affordable phone in the Galaxy M series. The phone is said to have Android 11 along with a custom One UI Core version on top.

91Mobiles has leaked the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition in collaboration with tipster Ishan Agarwal. The phone is also listed on the Google Play Supported devices list with the model number SM-M215G. This is notably the same model number that previously appeared for the Galaxy M21 Prime Edition. Samsung seems to have updated the moniker of the smartphone, though its internals could be the same as the Prime Edition model planned originally.

Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition specifications (expected)

As per the details reported by 91Mobiles, citing Ishan Agarwal, the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition will be identical to the original Samsung Galaxy M21 in terms of hardware. The phone is, however, said to have Android 11 with One UI 3.1 Core on top. The Galaxy M21 came with One UI 2.0 based on Android 10.

If we go by the reported information, the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition will have the same 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and an octa-core Exynos 9611 SoC that were a part of the Galaxy M21 launched last year. The smartphone would also include up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 had a triple rear camera setup that included a 48-megapixel primary sensor, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It also included a 20-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front. All this could feature on the new smartphone as well.

Using identical hardware also means that the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition will have the same 6,000mAh battery with 15W charging that was a part of the Galaxy M21.

It seems like Samsung may give its customers dated specifications with the Galaxy M21 2021 Edition while just polishing its interface a bit by offering One UI 3.1 Core. This should, however, result in keeping the price of the 2021 phone similar to its 2020 counterpart.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 was launched with a starting price of Rs. 13,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. It also had a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option at Rs. 15,499.

This would, of course, not be the first time Samsung would sell the hardware of its earlier phone with a new product title. In fact, the company took a similar approach when it brought the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition last year that had the same specifications as the original Galaxy M31. The minor differences in the new device were pre-installed Amazon apps and a complimentary three-month Amazon Prime subscription.

Apple Supplier Foxconn Discussing Electric Vehicle Plant in Wisconsin
Apple Supplier Foxconn Discussing Electric Vehicle Plant in Wisconsin

Taiwan’s Foxconn said on Friday it was in talks with the US state of Wisconsin about building electric vehicles there, part of the major Apple supplier’s push to diversify income streams.

Foxconn and electric car manufacturer Fisker said in May that they had finalised a vehicle-assembly deal. They did not identify a location, but Fisker’s CEO said Foxconn’s Wisconsin site was a possibility.

In a statement, Foxconn said it had begun discussions with Wisconsin.

“Foxconn has engaged the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation to discuss the company’s plans for electric vehicle manufacturing. Foxconn is optimistic about our partnership with WEDC and looks forward to ongoing discussions,” it added.

The company, formally called Hon Hai Precision Industry, gave no further details.

In April, Foxconn drastically scaled back a planned $10 billion (roughly Rs. 74,620 crores) factory in Wisconsin, confirming its retreat from a project that former US President Donald Trump once called “the eighth wonder of the world” and was supposed to build cutting-edge flat-panel display screens.

A month earlier, Foxconn’s chairman said it may make EVs at the Wisconsin site, though could decide on Mexico, and would make a decision this year.

Over the past year or so Foxconn has announced several deals on the production of EVs with automakers including Fisker, China’s Byton, and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, and Stellantis’s Fiat Chrysler unit.

Foxconn aims to provide components or services to 10 percent of the world’s EVs by 2025 to 2027, posing a threat to established automakers by allowing technology companies a shortcut to competing in the vehicle market.

How to Become a Pro at PC Games
How to Become a Pro at PC Games

Competitive gaming is now considered a sport, and professional gamers compete for millions of dollars to be among the top-rated ones in PC gaming. This is good news for individuals who have spent their entire lives gaming and excel at it.

Skills are necessary, but they aren’t the only requirement for making it to the professional level. So, how do you get started?

Here is everything you should know about how to be a pro at PC games. However, ensure to use HWID Spoofer before advancing.

Tips to be a Pro at PC Games

1. A pro tip before getting started

Because of the widespread use of hacks and improvements, game makers are now taking extra steps to ensure that hackers do not enter their games.

The goal of bringing these safeguards is to ensure that those playing the game without using any cheats get the best possible experience.

However, these safeguards have become so strict that players can now be banned even if they haven’t done anything wrong or used any cheat. HWID Spoofers from reputable sites can be pretty beneficial for advancing in the game.

2. Mastering a particular game

If there’s one thing that all professionals have in common, it’s that they’re all incredibly skilled at their craft. Because you need to create a reputation to build an audience, being capable is one condition of being a pro player.

Do you have an excellent idea about one game where you’re brilliant at it? If so, you’re at the forefront of the global leaderboards. Or have you performed so well that a gaming team or professional has recognized your abilities?

If you excel at both of them, you’ll be well on your way to getting scouted or, at the very least, being marked by clubs interested in bringing you on board.

3. Take an active part in tournaments.

If you believe you have developed your skills to the point that you can compete in any competitive tournament, try it.

Tournaments are beneficial for testing your talents and obtaining experience in addition to gaining prize money. Joining live events where teams and other professionals may be present or observing is a fantastic example.

How to Become a Pro at PC Games

4. Build friendships in the gaming community

It would help if you let folks know about yourself to learn about others in the process. Individual talent may be crucial in some games, but teamwork is also essential. Put yourself out there in their shoes. You never know who you’ll meet and might end up with so many new ideas.

5. Practice makes a man perfect.

If you want to be a professional PC gamer, you need to understand that playing three to four games is no longer enough. Pro gamers come from all over the world. You must demonstrate that you are superior, which takes effort and great focus to improve your abilities.

Pros dedicate at least 10 hours each day to gaming. They use that time to study tactics, monitor gameplay and play the game every day to understand it better.

6. Never lose hope

There are only two possibilities in any game that you play: winning and losing. Realistically, you’re going to lose a game or two, and it’ll hurt a lot, especially if it’s your first one or if you put in a lot of work, but it didn’t pay off.

It’s easy to get disheartened but don’t. The gaming industry is rapidly expanding, and if you don’t win one game, you can always keep your hopes high for the next.

The general perception is that playing well isn’t enough to get recognized; you must also win. It’s also vital to realize that losing is fine and that not everyone wins every time.

Use this information to learn more about yourself by understanding where you went wrong and avoid making the same error again.

7. Maintain your attitude

Your team will be more cohesive if you have a strong bond which will reflect during matches. During competitive gaming, communication plays a crucial role.

Learn to communicate effectively, especially if you have ideas, and listen when someone else’s a chance to speak. In the professional game, attitude is crucial because you’re not just competing against yourself; you’re also competing against others.

8. Control your rage

Learning to regulate fury and trash talk is another issue to think about. If you’re a sponsored team, you’ll almost certainly need to be aware of everything you do, including what you do online, and that includes being courteous during matches.

Final Thoughts

Remember why you choose to play the game you excel at. Because it makes your life more fun, and you hone your skills. While competitions are primarily a showcase of talent and abilities, it is equally critical to have a good time.

There’s already enough strain on your shoulders, so take some of it away by creating a joyful environment for yourself and your teammates.

Watch the Trailer for Marvel’s What If…?, Out August 11
Watch the Trailer for Marvel’s What If…?, Out August 11

Marvel’s What If…? has a new trailer, a new poster, and a release date. On Thursday, Marvel Studios announced that its first animated series — Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. began as a Marvel Television project, so I suppose that doesn’t count — will premiere Wednesday, August 11 on Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar. There won’t be any local-language dubs though (in Hindi, Tamil or Telugu), which means Marvel’s What If…? will be only available on Disney+ Hotstar Premium, that costs Rs. 299 per month or Rs. 1,499 per year. The anthology animated series Marvel’s What If…? is non-canonical, and hence, its events have no bearing on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Every episode of Marvel’s What If…? will stem from a what-if question: What if Killmonger saved Tony Stark in Afghanistan? What if Yondu took T’Challa as a kid, not Peter Quill? What if Peggy Carter became Captain America — or rather Captain Carter? What if the Avengers turned into zombies? The Marvel’s What If…? trailer presents all those scenarios and several others that aren’t quite as obvious from the brief teases we get of them. But you can be sure it will feature your favourite character, what with everyone from Doctor Strange, Thor, Loki, Vision, Hawkeye, Ego, Ant-Man, The Ancient One, Guardians of the Galaxy, and even Howard the Duck involved here.

Better yet, most of the original stars will return to voice all the characters, including Chadwick Boseman in a posthumous appearance as T’Challa. We also have Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter), Josh Brolin (Thanos), Michael Douglas (Hank Pym), Karen Gillan (Nebula), Jeff Goldblum (Grandmaster), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Michael B. Jordan (Killmonger), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Paul Rudd (Scott Lang), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier), and Taika Waititi (Korg) among others. There are new voice stars for Iron Man, Captain America, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel.

Jeffrey Wright (Westworld) will tie together the episodes as the voice of The Watcher, an alien who observes the multiverse but doesn’t, cannot and will not interfere, just as Wright says in the Marvel’s What If…? trailer. Storyboard artist Bryan Andrews (Avengers: Endgame) is the director on the Marvel Disney+ animated series, with A.C. Bradley (Trollhunters) as head writer. Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, and Brad Winderbaum serve as executive producers on Marvel’s What If…?, originally announced two years at San Diego Comic-Con 2019.

Marvel’s What If…? begins August 11 on Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar. It is expected to have 10 episodes. Marvel’s What If…? season 2 is reportedly in development.

Billionaire Richard Branson Gears Up for Space Flight on July 11: All the Details
Billionaire Richard Branson Gears Up for Space Flight on July 11: All the Details

Decades after burnishing his reputation as a wealthy daredevil mogul in a series of boating and hot-air balloon expeditions, Richard Branson is poised to promote his burgeoning astro-tourism venture by launching himself to the final frontier.

Branson’s Virgin Galactic is due on Sunday to send the company’s passenger rocket plane, the VSS Unity, on its first fully crewed test flight to the edge of space, with the British billionaire founder among the six individuals strapping in for the ride.

The gleaming white spaceplane will be borne by a twin-fuselage carrier jet dubbed VMS Eve (named for Branson’s mother) to an altitude of 50,000 feet, where Unity will be released and soar by rocket power in an almost vertical climb through the outer fringe of Earth’s atmosphere.

At the apex of its flight some 55 miles (89km) above the New Mexico desert, the crew will experience a few minutes of weightlessness before making a gliding descent back to Earth.

If all goes according to plan, the flight will last about 90 minutes and end where it began – on a runway at Spaceport America near the aptly named town of Truth or Consequences.

Virgin’s Unity 22 mission marks the 22nd test flight of the spacecraft, and the company’s fourth crewed mission beyond Earth’s atmosphere.

But it will be the first to carry a full complement of space travelers – two pilots and four “mission specialists,” Branson among them.

Milestone and publicity

Although the mission is seen as a potential milestone in helping transform citizen rocket travel into a mainstream commercial venture, spaceflight remains an inherently hazardous endeavor.

An earlier prototype of the Virgin Galactic rocket plane crashed during a test flight over California’s Mojave Desert in 2014, killing one pilot and seriously injuring another.

If successful, Sunday’s flight will also give Branson bragging rights to besting rival Jeff Bezos and his space company, Blue Origin, in what has been popularised as a “billionaire space race.” Bezos, founder of online retail giant, is slated to fly aboard Blue Origin’s suborbital rocketship, the New Shepard, later this month.

Branson’s official job on his flight is to “evaluate the private astronaut experience,” and his observations will be used to “enhance the journey for all future astronaut customers,” according to Virgin’s press materials.

But Marco Caceres, a senior space analyst for the Virginia-based consulting firm Teal Group, said the Branson and Bezos ride-alongs were each “a bit of a publicity stunt.”

“If they succeed, their ventures will be taken more seriously,” Caceres said. “There’s plenty of multimillionaires in the world that would like to go up on an adventure, so long as they see it as relatively safe.”

Virgin Galactic and Blue Origin, along with fellow billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s SpaceX, are competing head-to-head in the emerging business of space tourism, though Musk has a big head start.

SpaceX, which plans to send its first all-civilian crew (without Musk) into orbit in September, has already launched numerous cargo payloads and astronauts to the International Space Station.

Branson, 70, insists there is plenty of demand from wealthy would-be citizen astronauts to go around, and that he had no intention of trying to upstage Bezos.

‘Not a race’

“It’s honestly not a race,” Branson told Reuters in an interview earlier this week. “If it’s a race, it’s a race to produce wonderful spaceships that can make many more people be able to access space. And I think that’s both of our aims.”

The spaceplane’s two pilots, Dave Mackay and Michael Masucci, will control the ignition and shutoff of the ship’s rocket engine, and activate the vehicle’s “feathered” tail maneuver for re-entry.

The three other mission specialists are Beth Moses, the company’s chief astronaut instructor; Virgin Galactic’s lead operations engineer Colin Bennett; and Sirisha Bandla, a research operations and government affairs vice president.

The Virgin brand, including Branson’s airline and former record label, has long been associated with exploits of derring-do by its flamboyant founder. Branson set a new record for the fastest boat crossing of the Atlantic in 1986, a year after his initial attempt ended with a Royal Air Force helicopter rescue when his vessel capsized.

In 1987 he made a record-breaking Atlantic crossing by hot-air balloon, though again he had to be rescued from the sea. He went on to break at least two other air-balloon speed records but failed to complete any of three bids to circumnavigate the globe by balloon.

As for Sunday’s flight, Branson said this week that he is excited, “and I really don’t think there’s anything there to be scared about.”

Assuming the mission goes well, Virgin has said it plans two further test flights of the spaceplane before beginning commercial service next year.

The company has said it has received more than 600 flight reservations, priced at around $250,000 (roughly Rs. 1.9 crores) per ticket, but hopes eventually to slash the cost of each seat to $40,000 (roughly Rs. 29.8 lakhs).

Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition Specifications Surface Online
Instagram Testing Feature to Help Limit Harassment From Groups

Instagram is rolling out a new feature to let users temporarily limit unwanted comments and messages they receive from groups of users to fight abuse and harassment on the platform. Called ‘Limits,’ the new addition by the Facebook-owned company is initially at a testing stage and is limited to some users. Instagram will recommend groups of accounts you can limit comments and messages from. The new feature is an extension to Instagram’s tools that allow users to mute and restrict abusive and harassing comments from individuals.

Social media consultant Matt Navarra tweeted screenshots of the Limits feature that was initially spotted on Instagram by Twitter user Ahmed Ghanem. It is available for access to select users through Settings > Privacy > Limits.

The feature is aimed to let users limit unwanted comments and messages for a certain period of time, say a day or a week. Instagram will remind users to turn off the limit after that time.

Instagram says that it will recommend groups of accounts that you may want to limit comments and messages from. You will also get the option to select whether you want to limit accounts that are not a part of your followers or are your recent followers. Once you have preferred who you want to limit, the platform will hide comments and messages from all those groups of accounts unless you approve them.

The overall functionality of the Limits feature is similar to how the Restrict option works that was introduced in 2019. However, that was aimed to let users manage harassment from individuals, while the latest change is to limit unwanted comments from groups that target people for abusive and harassing attacks.

In a statement to SocialMediaToday, Instagram said that the Limits feature is currently in testing. “We want to give people more ways to manage intense instances of harassment or abuse. We’re testing a new tool that lets people hide comments and DMs from recent followers or people they don’t follow for a certain period of time,” the company said.

Tackling abusive behaviour, hate speech, and harassment of individuals are amongst the key challenges for Instagram to overcome. The company has brought many changes, including the recent filter to limit hate speech in direct messages. However, it still requires updates like the latest one to restrict abuse and harassment on the platform to some extent.

Microsoft’s PrintNightmare Fix Stops Some Printers From Working: Report
Microsoft’s PrintNightmare Fix Stops Some Printers From Working: Report

A fix for the PrintNightmare vulnerability might have disabled some printers on Windows. Microsoft issued security updated for Windows to fix a widely reportedly vulnerability called PrintNightmare that gave attackers control over a victim’s computer. This flaw allowed attackers to remotely execute malicious code with system privileges and install programs, make changes in the existing programs, and create new accounts with full user rights. After installing these updates, some users claim that the connection to their printer stopped working. Customers of Zebra printers have reportedly being calling customer care with complaints of not being able to print.

After updating with the security patch, which was rolled out for all major Windows versions ranging from Windows 7 to Windows 10, several users started to complain of not being able to connect their printers with their PCs. These updates were aimed to fix a remote code execution exploit in the Windows Print Spooler service, known as “PrintNightmare”.

However, several printer users, specifically Zebra printer users, started complaining of issues. A Reddit user explains, “We have about 1000 customers using Zebra printers and are getting flooded with calls from them not being able to print. This update is the culprit for sure as rolling it back has things spitting out again instantly.”

In a statement to The Verge, Zebra explains, “We are aware of a printing issue caused by the July 6 Windows “KB5004945“update affecting multiple brands of printers. Microsoft has investigated this issue and plans to release an update addressing the issue within the next 1–2 business days. An immediate way to address the issue is to uninstall the Windows “KB5004945“ update or uninstall the affected printer driver and reinstall using Administrative credentials. Long term, we encourage the use of the newer Windows update Microsoft is planning to release. Customers who need assistance regarding Zebra printers may contact our Technical Support Team.”

Of course, not all printer users have reported the issue and it is still recommended to update the fix as soon as possible. Microsoft released the patch for all existing Windows versions, hinting at the severity of the exploit.
