Payment Policy

At Disha Technology, we believe in maintaining transparency and clarity in all our business transactions. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for the services we provide, including Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, App Development, Graphic Design, and related IT services.

1. Quotation and Project Confirmation

  • All services are quoted based on client requirements after a detailed discussion.

  • A formal proposal or quotation is shared and must be approved by the client via email or signed agreement.

  • Projects are initiated only after confirmation and advance payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

Our general payment structure is as follows (may vary depending on project scope):

  • 50% Advance Payment – Before project commencement.

  • 30% Mid-Term Payment – Upon presentation of design mockups or demo version.

  • 20% Final Payment – Upon project completion, prior to final delivery or deployment.

Note: For smaller services like digital marketing or consultancy, a 100% upfront payment may be required.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)

  • UPI

  • Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm (for Indian clients)

  • PayPal or International Wire Transfer (for overseas clients – transaction charges applicable)

Bank details and payment instructions will be shared upon invoice generation.

4. Late Payment & Penalties

  • Payments not made within the due date mentioned on the invoice may incur a late fee of 2% per month.

  • Continued non-payment may lead to service suspension or legal action.

5. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • Refunds are only issued under special circumstances where work has not started, and after mutual discussion.

  • No refunds will be provided for digital marketing, SEO, or monthly maintenance packages once a billing cycle starts.

6. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to pause or terminate any ongoing service if:

  • Payments are delayed beyond 15 days from the due date.

  • The client fails to provide required content, approvals, or communication beyond 30 days.

7. Taxes

  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.

  • If applicable GST (currently 18%) will be added to each invoice for Indian clients.
