However, we understand that sometimes expectations may differ. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and reasonable for both parties.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Project Cancellation Before Work Starts: If the client cancels the project before any work has begun, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any) will be issued.
Work Delay Beyond Agreed Timeline: If the project is delayed by more than 30 working days due to reasons solely from our end and without client-requested changes, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Service Not Delivered as Promised: If the final output is significantly different from the agreed scope of work and efforts to correct it fail, a refund may be initiated after review.
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Change of Mind: Once a project has started, and efforts or resources have been allocated, a refund is not applicable for a change in business direction or goals.
Client Delays or Inaction: No refunds are provided if project delays are due to unavailability of content, feedback, or communication from the client.
Digital Marketing Services: Due to the nature of services like SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and other marketing campaigns—which depend on various external factors—no refund is offered once the campaign has started.
Completed Work: Refunds will not be granted for work already completed and approved by the client.

Our team will evaluate the case within 7 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
In case of any disputes, we encourage open and respectful communication. Our goal is always to resolve concerns amicably and promptly. Legal disputes, if any, will be handled under the jurisdiction of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
