Pay all dues as per the agreed invoice or proposal.
Not use our services for unlawful or unethical activities.
All pricing and payment details will be shared in the proposal or invoice.
Payments are typically divided into milestones: advance, mid-project, and final payment.
Late payments may attract additional charges or project delays.
Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in exceptional cases, at our discretion.
All content, designs, code, and graphics created by Disha Technology remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the deliverables.
Disha Technology reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or marketing material unless agreed otherwise.
We maintain strict confidentiality of your data, designs, content, and business strategy. We expect the same from our clients regarding our processes and proposals.
Disha Technology shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of service use or website downtime.
Third-party plugin, theme, hosting, or API issues unless managed under our service contract.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
Any outstanding dues must be cleared.
We will deliver all completed work as per the stage of the project.
No further services will be rendered unless re-engaged.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
